We can arrange bridging loans from £25,500 - £5million and terms are available from 1-12 months with extensions available.

At Lerwick Commercial Mortgage Corporation Ltd we strongly advise you to obtain independent legal advice prior to completion. We would insist on this in the following instances: for purchases; customers over the age of 65; when lending to limited companies and when a property is not owned by you but the owner of the property is party to the bridging loan.

You have the option to appoint your own solicitors. There will be separate lending legal costs which will be confirmed in your offer documents.
